How a commission works

One of one. We cut and sew every piece by hand, once, to your commission. We never reuse the pattern.

You approve before we charge. We save your card at checkout and charge nothing until we show you a photo of your finished garment and you approve it. If 24 hours pass after the photo, it ships and the charge goes through automatically.

Final sale, except objective defects. A custom garment can’t be restocked, so commissions are final sale. We always cover real defects: the wrong garment, the wrong colour against the renders, a missing specified detail, or visible faults.

The 21-day promise. If your piece isn’t delivered within 21 days of QC approval, you get your money back automatically, without asking.
