Privacy, in plain English

Kroja exists to design and make one-of-one garments. We collect the minimum needed to do that, and nothing we collect is ever sold.

What we keep

Your designs and their renders · your email if you sign in · your shipping name and address when you commission a piece · a device identifier so your closet follows your phone · order and payment records (card details live with Stripe, never on our servers).

What we do with it

Render your designs, make your garment, ship it, and email you about those things. Renders you save may appear on your own public share page — that's your action, your choice. Nothing you make is used to train AI models.

What we delete

Ask and we delete your account, designs, and renders — email us and it's done. Order records we keep as long as tax law makes us. (Photo uploads for try-on aren't part of the product today; if they ever are, deletion will purge the photo and every render made with it.)

Who else touches it

Stripe (payments) · our image-generation providers (they receive garment descriptions and renders, never your name or address) · DHL (your address, to deliver) · our email provider (your address, to send the emails you expect). That's the list.
