Kroja is a custom clothing studio
We make garments to order, designed by the person who orders them, cut by hand and shipped to your door. Nothing here is made before someone asks for it. Kroja is pronounced KROH-ya, and it is a clothing studio, not the town in Albania.

Can you make clothes from a photo?
Yes. It is the most common way people start. Send a photograph of a garment you saw and could not buy: a vintage piece in the wrong size, a runway look that was never produced, a coat from a film, something sold out years ago. We read the photo, build the garment from it, and cut one in your size. You can also just describe it in words, or start from something in the community and remix it until it is yours.
Why every piece is made one at a time
Most clothing is made the other way round. A factory decides the cut, the fabric and the size, produces thousands, and the closest match wins. You take the coat that nearly fits, in the colour they happened to run.
Making a single garment is a worse business than making ten thousand and a better one for the person wearing it. There is no inventory to clear, so nothing has to be designed safe enough for everybody. There is no size run, so the piece is cut to you rather than to the nearest standard. Nothing is left over. No two pieces are the same, because no two people are.
Talking to us
A real person reads hello@kroja.co, and the contact form lands in the same inbox. Send questions before you order, fabric queries, anything about a piece in progress. You do not need an account to design a garment or to buy one; an email address is enough for us to send your receipt and the tracking number.
