How It Works
Kroja makes custom clothing to order. There is no inventory and nothing is made before somebody asks for it. You describe a garment, we cut yours to order.
1 Share your vision
Upload a photo of any garment: something you saw online, a vintage piece you love, a sketch on a napkin. Or describe it in words: “a rust-coloured linen duster, oversized, with raw edges.” The studio takes it from there.
2 See it come to life
We show you your garment on a model, so you can see the silhouette, the drape and the proportions before anything is cut. Remix it as many times as you like until it is right.
3 We cut and ship
Once you place the order, your piece is cut by hand from the chosen fabric and shipped to your door as soon as it is finished. Every piece is made to order, in your size.
What can I order?
Coats, dresses, blouses, sweaters, dusters, eveningwear, streetwear, techwear. If it is a garment, we can usually cut it. Browse the gallery for a starting point, or begin from nothing at all.
What does it cost?
Every piece shows its price before you buy, and what sets it is what our maker charges for the work: a single-layer linen blouse costs less than a hand-beaded, lined dress. Then the price drops as more people tap I want this, because our maker charges far less a piece when it cuts several of the same design. A $269 piece is $149 at 5 people, $139 at 10, $119 at 20, $109 at 50, and $109 at 100. You can buy now, or wait and hope it drops. Everyone who buys pays the price showing when they buy, and that price is final. Worldwide shipping is included.
Do I need an account?
No. You can design and order as a guest. We only need an email address to send you the receipt and the tracking number. An account is optional, and keeps your pieces across devices.
Can you make a piece from a photo I found online?
Yes. Upload the picture, a screenshot, a Pinterest save, a photo of a dress you saw somewhere, and the studio recreates the garment on a model in seconds. Then change anything you like before you order.
How long does it take?
We review every piece before cutting, which takes up to a week. Most pieces reach you within 21 business days of your order. A hand-cut garment sometimes takes longer, and if yours is running late we will tell you where it is.
When am I charged?
Only when we accept your order. Your card is held when you order, and charged in full once we confirm we can make your piece. If we cannot make it, you pay nothing.
How does sizing work?
Pick your size from our women's or men's chart, XS to XXL, and your piece is cut to it.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide, tracked, and shipping is included in the price.
